Delivery

When can I expect delivery?

Products are available for delivery within 1 – 3 business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends & public holidays). **Please call or contact us regarding deliveries outside Lagosr**.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated based on the weight of your total order and your desired location for delivery.

Can I collect my Order?

Yes we can arrange a collection but at our discretion but all orders are delivered.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

We do not currently deliver outside of Lagos. However, we can work with you and a chosen logistics firm. Simply give us a call on 08113260000 or send us an email to discuss further.

We are happy to offer a full refund, provided all original packaging that came with your order are returned.

If for any reason you would like to return a product, please give us a call on 08113260000 or send us an email.

Notification of goods to be returned should be made within 7 days from the date you received your items. We do not accept returns after 7 days.

We will arrange for collection but please note a fee will apply.

Where is my order?

Your order will arrive within 1 – 2 business working days from the day you place an order.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order stating the order has been completed. Please remember to check all your email folders, including spam/junk folders for the confirmation.

Can’t access your account?

How safe is your online shop?
We use SSL certificates from our trust IT service Tsohost and WordFence for online security and we are constantly researching and improving our software to ensure we are always protected.
